What would Chile be without a wine tour? As predicted in a previous post, we made it to the Maule Valley, home of some very fine vineyards. Indeed, the Balduzzi Vineyard delivered some tasty samples, especially their late harvest dessert wine. Pictured here in the cellar are American Oak casks filled with maturing reds, and the aftermath of a major tasting event. Lu and I are not pictured in this moment for a very good reason... *hic*
