By the way, I am back in Canada, but this is an attempt to catch up, from so many days away from a computer while on the road. This is a market stall in Cracow, where I purchased a local cheese (that's the cheese on the stall behind me) which is lightly smoked, and a nice accompaniment to the local pretzel-type bread (see previous post). We lived off this stuff for two days! With a bit of wine and some chocolate, it was damn near heaven.
